whoaaa, i just had a revelation: my life is comcastic. ahaha. you know... like high-speed? and comcast is high speed internet? oh geez i am such a loser but i just cant make myself backspace that thought. its too great. anyway...
12 days till i head south for a week... i don't even know what to say. okay i do, i am SO EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but i am also a little nervous. i am not ready at all, and i have so so much going on here that i feel like i will come back to a hurricane of craziness. it is definitely worth it though.
tonight was our 5th quarter party. i am going to have to go with: it was awesome! ha. i had so much fun, and met a lot of high schoolers i didnt know. which is my job, and i love it. aaron and michael did a parody from flight of the concords. it was amazing! they did it tuesday night too... but i think they perfected it tonight. "... of course not! we adopted! it was a very difficult process i cannot believe you don't remember it!" we have some very talented people. lets see: i DIDN'T get roped into making coffee.. which i was happy about. the epsresso machines at the church are just too confusing. too much work. too much thinking. my brain is seriously empty right now. my facebook status [and yes these are serious around here] says it best: mentally and physically drained. i really should be sleeping. ugghh.
a random thought: chalkboard paint... has anyone used it? does it actually work? like the stuff you paint on the wall and turn the wall into a chalkboard? i need to know ASAP. :)
